If your country is not listed, arrangements for delivery can be made with a sales manager.

The delivery time is 3-10 business days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom takes 8-13 business days, in some cases 11-23 business days.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

If a customer misses the delivery or if the shipment cannot be delivered due to a customer error, resulting in the shipment being returned to the seller, the contract is considered rescinded. In such cases, the seller will refund the full purchase price of the goods to the customer, minus the delivery charge incurred by the customer and any direct costs associated with shipping back, including customs clearance costs. This refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.
