These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) form an integral part of the purchase agreement for goods/services and define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery, the procedure for order cancellation and returns, the refund policy, and dispute resolution rules.
The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Such changes take effect upon publication on the Website. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded once the Customer selects the goods, adds them to the shopping cart, specifies the delivery address, and confirms acceptance of the Terms by checking the box “I agree to the Terms of Use” in the order confirmation window.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
When placing an order, the Customer can choose one of the following delivery methods:
- Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers across Latvia: €3.99
- Courier delivery to an address: €15.00 (Europe), €16.99 (United Kingdom)
- Delivery to Omniva parcel lockers in Lithuania and Estonia: €8.99
Delivery via courier and/or parcel lockers is carried out within 14 days from the moment the payment is received, and the Customer receives a confirmation via email or SMS that the order has been accepted.
Delivery costs are not included in the indicated product prices. To determine the exact delivery cost, add all selected items to the virtual cart and proceed to the “Cart” section. Once the delivery location is selected, the system will display the precise shipping cost.
If the order includes multiple items that are not delivered simultaneously, a separate shipping fee will be applied for each delivery, with prior notice to the Customer.
Payment Methods
The Customer can pay for the order using:
- A bank payment card
- A bank transfer to the Seller’s designated account, indicating the order number
The Customer must complete the payment to the Seller within 1 (one) business day.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Customer within the estimated delivery time specified in the product description. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller will immediately contact the Customer to resolve the issue.
If, upon receiving the order, the Customer notices that the delivered goods do not match the order, have the wrong size, color, or other discrepancies, they must immediately inform the Seller.
Return Policy
Product exchanges, returns, and repairs are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulations No. 255 “On Distance Contracts” issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt by sending a withdrawal request via email (email must be specified). The withdrawal form can be downloaded here.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set.
Goods may be exchanged for other products if they retain their original appearance, consumer properties, packaging, and labeling, and have not been used, damaged, or otherwise altered.
The Customer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days after sending the withdrawal request. All costs related to returning the product are covered by the Buyer.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that the Customer used for the original transaction. The Seller will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 calendar days from the date of return.
Dispute Resolution Policy
Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller arising from product purchases shall be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence to reach a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, it will be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, following the applicable laws of Latvia.
Complaints regarding product availability or quality should be submitted electronically via email to [email protected] or in writing to Rīga, Saldus iela 3B – 39, LV-1007. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt, and a response will be sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.
If the complaint is deemed unfounded, the Customer has the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as provided by law.
